2. HOW TO REDEEM
  • Participants must submit their redemption before 31th December 2025 through the official Google Form provided by the Organiser: https://forms.gle/eLSn4QwpLYtxxBcF8
  • Participants can scan the QR code on RUBINE’s Campaign Poster or RUBINE’s official social media pages or webstore to access the Google Form.
  • Only official receipts or invoices issued by authorized RUBINE dealers or the RUBINE Official Webstore are accepted.
  • All uploaded receipts and personal data will be securely stored and used solely for verification and reward fulfilment purposes.
3. REWARD REDEMPTION PROCESS
  • All submissions will be verified by Fiamma Trading Sdn. Bhd. (RUBINE) Marketing Department.
  • Upon successful verification, a Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN (RM50 / RM30 / RM15) will be sent via email within 30 days after the Google Form is submitted.
  • Participants must manually top up their eWallet using the Reload PIN.
  • The Organiser is not responsible for expired, lost, or misused Reload PINs.
