Refund Policy

All products purchased on the RUBINE Homepage online shopping platform are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under these terms, except for manufacturing defects or physical damage due to delivery mishandling. If you found that your product has a manufacturing defect, please reach out to our live chat support. RUBINE shall determine, at its discretion, whether the product is eligible for an exchange or refund. We reserve the rights to reject any return or refund requests.

Any return or refund request must be made promptly upon receiving the product within 3 days from the date of order receipt and must be returned to RUBINE’s warehouse to complete the return and refund process. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Products can only be returned or refunded under the following circumstances:

  1. Manufacturing defects or physical damage due to delivery mishandling.
  2. Product received does not match the item you ordered.

Products that are approved for return or refund by RUBINE must be returned in its original condition (including all parts, accessories and packaging) as it was first delivered to customer, together with proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).

The customer is responsible for the risks and condition of the product until it reaches RUBINE’s warehouse for return. RUBINE will not be liable for any loss or damages to the product prior to its receipt by us. Customers are advised to pack the product safely to prevent any loss or damage to the product, its box, or its original packaging.

Please note that this refund policy applies exclusively to products purchased through RUBINE Homepage online shopping platform. This refund policy does not apply to any products purchased at RUBINE’s e-commerce marketplace stores (Lazada/Shopee/etc) or through any of our online or offline dealers.
