1. ORGANISER

This giveaway contest (“Contest”) is organised by Fiamma Trading Sdn Bhd (Reg. No. 199501001282 (330476-P)) (“Organiser”).

2. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest runs from 28 August 2026 until 16 September 2026, 11:59PM.

The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Contest period without prior notice.

3. ELIGIBILITY

• The Contest is open to all Malaysians aged 18 years old and above.
• Employees of the Organiser, related agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To participate in the Contest, participants must:

1. Follow Rubine Malaysia official Instagram @rubinemalaysia OR follow “RUBINE Malaysia” Official Facebook Page.
2. Like the giveaway post.
3. Answer the question “I love RUBINE (product) because _______” in the visual by commenting in the post.
4. Tag two (2) friends in the comment section.

Applicable for Facebook and Instagram only.

Incomplete or invalid entries will be disqualified automatically.

5. PRIZES

Prizes include:

• Grand Prize: RM1,288 RUBINE Voucher (either one (1) physical RUBINE voucher or one (1) RUBINE Shopee voucher)
• 2nd Prize: RM688 RUBINE Voucher (either one (1) physical RUBINE voucher or one (1) RUBINE Shopee voucher)
• Three (3) units of RUBINE Rotera Stand Fan
• Three (3) units of RUBINE ENSO Portable Induction Cooker with Stainless Steel Pot

Each participant is eligible to win only one (1) prize throughout the Contest.

All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of monetary compensation.

Voucher prizes are valid for one (1) single transaction only and must be fully utilised in that transaction.

Grand Prize and 2nd Prize winners may choose either one (1) physical RUBINE voucher or one (1) Shopee RUBINE voucher. The choice is final and cannot be exchanged once confirmed.

• Physical RUBINE Voucher: If the winner chooses the physical RUBINE voucher, the voucher will be delivered to the winner upon verification of the required information by the Organiser. The physical RUBINE voucher is valid for use only at selected participating RUBINE physical stores as determined by the Organiser.
• RUBINE Shopee Voucher: If the winner chooses the RUBINE Shopee voucher, a unique voucher code will be sent to the winner via private message.
• Product Availability: Please note that the range of RUBINE products available at physical dealer stores may differ from those available on the RUBINE Shopee Store, as certain models may be exclusively available through specific sales channels.

Voucher prizes are valid exclusively for the purchase of RUBINE product(s). No change or balance will be given for any unused voucher value.

Voucher prizes may be used in conjunction with promotional items or products offered under promotional pricing.

All voucher prizes are valid until 31 December 2026. Any unused voucher value after the expiry date will be forfeited and will not be extended or replaced.

The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equivalent or similar value without prior notice, where necessary.

6. WINNER SELECTION

• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
• Winner announcement date: 5 October 2026.
• Winners will be contacted via Facebook or Instagram direct message and/or official announcement post.
• If a winner fails to respond within seven (7) days, the Organiser reserves the right to select another winner.

7. PRIZE DELIVERY

• All prizes will be delivered within 14–21 working days after confirmation of winner details and winner announcement.
• Delivery is limited to addresses within Malaysia only.

8. DISQUALIFICATION

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions;
• Submits incomplete or invalid entries;
• Uses fake accounts or fraudulent activities;
• Violates any applicable laws or third-party rights.

9. RIGHTS OF ORGANISER

The Organiser reserves the right to amend, postpone, cancel, or terminate the Contest or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The Organiser may use participants’ names, photos, or submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

10. PERSONAL DATA

By participating in this Contest, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organiser for purposes related to this Contest.
