Golden Mice Butter Cookies - 36pcs

Unsalted Butter - 180g
Icing Sugar (Sifted) - 70g
Egg - 1 no.
Vanilla Extract - ½ Tsp
Salt - ¼ Tsp
All Purpose Flour - 180g
Corn Starch - 50g
Melon Seed - For ears
Mini Sugar Heart Shaped Sprinkle - For nose
Black Sesame Seed - For eyes
Instructions
1) Mash icing sugar into butter. Beat until light and fluffy.
2) Add in egg, vanilla extract & salt. Beat until combined.
3) Combine all purpose flour with corn starch and sift. Stir in flour into batter. Mix until smooth & even.
4) Transfer to cling wrap. Chill the dough for 30 min, for easy shaping.
5) Preheat oven 160°C.
6) Roll dough into a ball, 16g each. Place each dough on parchment paper.
7) Shape dough into teardrop-shaped. Add sesame seed as eyes, mini sugar sprinkle as nose, melon seed as ears.
8) Bake in preheated oven for 15-16 min.
9) Remove cookies from oven and allow to cool.
