Chicken Breast - 2 pcs
Turkey Ham - 4 pcs
Egg - 1
Cheese - 2 Slices
Flour - 5 Tbsp
Bread Crumbs - 6 Tbsp
Mix Spices
Salt (1 tsp)
Black Pepper (½ tsp)
Paprika (¼ tsp)
Garlic powder (¼ tsp)
Ingredient for Side Dish
Olive Oil - 1 Tbsp
Minced Garlic - 2 cloves
Sliced Button Mushrooms - 100g
Baby Spinach - 100g
Mixed Spices - ½ tsp
Instructions:
1) Premix spices then season chicken breast.
2) Butterfly chicken breast. Place plastic wrap on top. Flatten meat with rolling pin.
3) Top with turkey ham and cheese. Roll up tightly with plastic wrap. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
4) Beat egg and season with spices. Roll chicken in flour, followed by egg and bread crumbs. Press to coat.
5) Place chicken in oil, fry until golden brown.
6) Preheat oven 150°C, bake chicken roll for 30 minutes.
7) Add olive oil in pan, add in garlic, and button mushrooms. Stir fry for 2 minutes, then add in baby spinach. Stir fry until wilted.
8) Chicken roll is done, rest for 10 minutes. Slice chicken and place on top of baby spinach.
