2. I spotted water marking/ stain on my sink. What should I do?

If water is left standing anywhere on your stainless steel sink, it will evaporate and leave a mark/ stain (depending on the type and contain of the liquid) on the surface of the steel. This marking/ stain can be removed with regular dish detergent and water with a soft cloth. For removing heavier residue, you may use a mild solution of vinegar or any non-abrasive cleaner with water. Make sure rinse thoroughly and wipe it dry with clean towel or cloth.

Stainless steel will be eroded if there are any iron particles that do rust bond onto its surface (for example metal food can or cooking appliances). Please be reminded that THIS IS NOT MANUFACTURING DEFECT and is violating the given warranty on anti-rust.

To remove this surface corrosion, place a small amount of AUTOSOL on a damp or dry cloth. Rub according to the matt finishing direction and clean it with the soft side of SCOTCH-BRITE. Make sure rinse thoroughly and wipe it dry with clean towel or cloth.

To maintain the shine, you may use a small amount of mineral oil on a soft cloth evenly apply onto the entire surface of sink and buff it according to the matt finishing direction.
